Christoph Reiter 53c716d9a2 Try to work around autobuild upgrade issue with git deps 
XXX: in autobuild we install git when building src, since makepkg
doesn't handle deps (should be fixed there really...), and since
we don't consider git deps being installed we don't install potential
new version.

Try to work around for now by assuming everything depends on git.

Christoph Reiter 302c968199 cdx: dont merge versions in case a vuln affects two components 
Unlikely, but in case a vuln affects two components it has multiple
"affects" with different "refs". Instead of merging them all together
only look at the "affects" entry that refs our current component.

Christoph Reiter 181e40d6ee fetch: allow redirects when getting headers to check if things have changed 
For some reason aiohttp only allows redirect by default for "get" but not "head"

This fixes us getting no mtime headers to see if things have changed
