The `493` value is most likely an arbitrary picked one. The `488`
value is based on the app window height minus the header app.

Tobias Järvelöv 742f465cc6 Increase initial map height when app window is pinned on Windows 
The app window size is 8px taller when the app is pinned on Windows,
this is an earlier hack we still have to do as otherwise the app
window is not the desired height of 568px.

However, with a recent upgrade to Electron 44 we noticed the map did
not render correctly and a black bar was seen on top of the map canvas.
This happened because the height of the initial render does not account
for the 8px added to the window size, as the initial render uses a
static value of 493px for the map, which does not correctly account for
the entire height that the map should be and the problem does not get
resolved by subsequent renders where we dynamically adjust the canvas
height.

Adding an extra 8px to the static value of 493px when the app is pinned
on Windows fixes this issue.

Relevant comments have been added in the code to clarify the
relationship between the map height and the app window height.

Tobias Järvelöv 2ac0fb6866 Refactor memoized functions recursively calling themselves 
It is not currently supported by React compiler to have a function
that is memoized be calling itself recursively.

To work around this limitation we declare a non-memoized function
within the memoized function which can recursively call itself instead.

With this change, the original `render` function in the `Map`
component did nothing more than calling `animationFrameCallback`, as
such the `animationFrameCallback` and `render` function has now been
merged.

With this function merge, the resulting function was memoized using
`useCallback` instead of `useEffectEvent` as the latter is only able
to be called from a `useEffect`, but we need to call it from other
`useCallback` functions as well.

The "Daita multihop" feature indicator has been removed in favor of the
"Automatic multihop" feature indicator. A message in the Multihop view
will be shown when that feature indicator is present.

Tobias Järvelöv 17a45a4311 Update Icon component to add a "placeholder" component 
This component serves the use case where we want to occupy the same
dimensions as if we were to render an icon, but we don't want to render
an actual icon.

Can be used to ensure that a sibling component preserves its offset even
when an icon should not be shown.

Tobias Järvelöv 6b6fd34555 Update handler for setting Entry/Exit relay to not alter Multihop mode 
Previously we automatically switched on multihop mode when setting the
entry/exit relay from the menu option, but with the tristate we can
no longer make this decision.

Instead, the current multihop mode will be preserved when changing
entry/exit relay because these menu options will be updated to not
be shown when multihop mode is set to `never`.

Tobias Järvelöv 0cb3aebbec Set app window background color on macOS to dark blue 
In order to prevent a white flash when opening the app. This flash is
only visible for a very short while when unpinning and pinning the app,
but the experience is especially unpleasant if the user is using dark
mode.
