Make every style of file/directory/symlink possible, and then test that
a 'deepcopy' symlink preserves all of them.

Johannes Schindelin 871ae708f5 path_conv: backport forgotten part of msys2/msys2-runtime#179 
In https://github.com/msys2/msys2-runtime/pull/179 ("Fix out-of-bound
access in path conversion"), _two_ instances were fixed where `it` was
used when `it2` should have been used instead.

In 3a20d2f (Sync path_conv.pp with msys2-runtime, 2023-12-22), only one
of those fixes was applied. Let's apply the other one, too.

Adjust the tests for https://github.com/msys2/msys2-runtime/pull/143

Applies the changes to the embedded path code here and also
adds integration tests which tests the real runtime.

Christoph Reiter c3e1466c16 Integrate path_convert tests 
These come from https://github.com/msys2/path_convert/ and include
a copy of the path conversion logic from msys2-runtime + call into
cygwin + some tests.

Ideally these would be split into tests that are integrated into
the cygwin/msys2-runtime test suite and some external integration tests.

But this way we at least have all tests in one place and they get run
once a day, and also against staging.

This will allow us to archive https://github.com/msys2/path_convert

Christoph Reiter 4c5d6f6f56 Start some path conversion integration tests 
This builds a non-cygwin binary that prints all arguments
and env vars and a Python test script which uses it to
test the cygwin path conversion.
