LibretroAdmin a9c63b2944 Drop POSIX I/O headers left over from the VFS conversion
Now that nothing in the core opens files directly, the POSIX I/O
headers these files pulled in are dead weight, and several of them do
not exist on MSVC or on the console SDKs:

  crocods.h  <sys/stat.h> <sys/types.h> <unistd.h>  -- removed
  gif.c      <sys/stat.h> <sys/types.h> <unistd.h>  -- removed

crocods.h in particular is included by nearly every file in the core,
so it was putting <unistd.h> in front of every translation unit.

dictionary.c/.h included <unistd.h> for ssize_t rather than for any I/O
call. That is exactly the case retro_common_api.h exists to handle, so
they include that instead and pick up the MSVC typedef for free.

apps_browser.c keeps <unistd.h> and <fcntl.h>: it is a BSD-sockets HTTP
fetcher and genuinely needs them, and it is already compiled out on
Windows and the consoles.

Verified: no new implicit-declaration, incompatible-pointer or
undeclared-identifier warnings against the previous commit (zero in
both), and the full ASan + UBSan + LSan and TSan sweeps still come back
clean across {info->data, info->path, NULL path} x {frontend VFS iface,
fallback}.
