Name branches dev-<user>-<topic>, for example dev-nkolev92-fixFlakyTest.
Preserve and complete the pull request template.
Before submitting a pull request, run dotnet format whitespace --verify-no-changes NuGet.sln and correct any reported formatting issues.
Follow the repository's workflow guidance for reviews and merging.
