* fix(windows): start 32-bit builds on OpenGL so launch no longer exits DirectX 12 graphics pipeline creation fails on 32-bit Windows, so the app quit before the window appeared. Hardware parity with Microsoft Word

Word is not a hardware-heavy app, but a few devices matter to its users: printers above all, then pens, microphones (Dictate) and speakers (Read Aloud), and displays.
