Pins (vendor.json, vu.json) mirrored from the Aphrody plan; launcher crate (uv and ruff sidecars, vu python through Py_BytesMain), embedding crate (PyO3 0.29.3), Bun scripts to fetch the pins, assemble and verify the artifact, audit glibc needs, smoke-test and drive the build host.
