The `0.12.16` release
[failed](https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/actions/runs/35288900145/job/105439083783)
when GHCR throttled a saved-image manifest push. `depot push` does not
retry that response, so run it through
`scripts/docker/depot-push-with-retry.sh`, which allows five total
attempts with exponential backoff and jitter. Each attempt uses the same
saved build, and the copied digest must still match before tags are
published.
