fix(aphrody): restore turbo build, drop unverified cargo/postcss changes, fix compileStream
- build is turbo again (oxide, all packages, .d.ts); fast-build.ts stays as build:fast, documented as a JS-only dev build, with the browser intellisense stub - remove .cargo/config.toml (cargo has no linker-flavor key, rust-lld on macOS) and restore the upstream release profile (lto = true) - revert the @tailwindcss/postcss candidate-hash cache and its duplicate compileStream/hashCandidates exports - @tailwindcss/node compileStream: optional base/onDependency, no circular re-export from compile.ts, exported from index.cts, meaningful tests; drop the unused hashCandidates - restore the v3 playground upgrade script (package.json was invalid JSON) - test preload warns instead of silently skipping the snapshot serializer |

chore(aphrody): scope, publishing, upstream sync and CI for the Bun fork
- scope.ts: @aphrody names for every public package and crate, --check - publish-npm.ts: staged manifests with npm aliases, catalog resolution, publishConfig, X.Y.Z-aphrody.N versions, skips published versions - publish-crates.ts: aphrody-tailwindcss-* crates at the npm version - sync-upstream.ts: bunify-aware three-way merge, pnpm files folded into package.json and removed, bun.lock refreshed - workflows: upstream sync every 6 hours, Bun CI, release matrix - restore the test scripts as bun test, harness reads package.json - APHRODY.md and PLAN.md |

Bump dependencies (#20300)
This PR bumps most of the dependencies to the latest version. This also marked some dependencies using a range such that you get updates for free during the installation: ```diff catalog: - enhanced-resolve: 5.21.6 + enhanced-resolve: ^5.24.1 - vite: 8.0.14 + vite: ^8.1.2 - webpack: 5.107.0 + webpack: ^5.108.3 ``` Fixes: #20291 ## Test plan 1. All tests on all OSes still pass [ci-all] |

migrate to pnpm v11 (#20273)
This PR bumps the repo to pnpm v11 (from v9). I kept running into weird Windows specific issues for the integration tests due to some shims but they all pass right now. Bumping to pnpm v11 also meant that everything is driven by a `pnpm-workspace.yaml` file, and changes applied via the `pnpm` field in the `package.json` don't work anymore. This also moved the `node-linker` setup that was defined in the `.npmrc` file for the wasm oxide build into the `pnpm-workspace.yaml` file. Ideally this is scoped to just this package, but I couldn't get that to work, so it's applied to all packages right now. [ci-all] |

Bump Lightning CSS (#19771)
This PR bumps Lightning CSS. The `node/index.js` file in the package changed, so we had to update the patched version of it as well. We also had to update the patches for `@parcel/watcher` and `lightningcss` now that they ship with `detect-libc@2`. Unfortunately, we still require the patches because we also need to take the `process.env.PLATFORM_LIBC` into account. Another issue is that bun needs to be able to statically analyze the `require(…)` calls, so using the nice `parts.push` approach doesn't really work here. # Test plan 1. Existing tests should pass 2. Updated some tests to reflect the changes in the generated CSS based on the version bump. [ci-all] |

retry integration tests 3 times before actually failing
This is not ideal, but it prevents some manual work when CI is a bit too flaky on the integration tests. This also prevents the CI job from re-running from scratch which should speed up the process as well. |

Bump Vitest to v4 (#19216)
This PR bumps Vitest from v2 to v4. As far as I know we don't use any Vitest specific features in our tests, but had to upgrade the `vitest.workspace.ts` file to a `vitest.config.ts` file instead. The only features we use are the typical `describe`, `it`, `test`, and `expect` functions. The only other part we use is `vi.spyOn` and `vi.fn` but those didn't change in API either. The test shards were removed to prevent errors. Not all suites have enough files / tests to be broken up into 3 parts so Vitest now errors when that happens. ### Test plan 1. All tests should pass in CI. 2. All integration tests should pass in CI. --------- Co-authored-by: Jordan Pittman <jordan@cryptica.me> |

bump turbo (#19179)
The Bun build issue was caused by Turborepo passing through `USERPROFILE` from the env. Probably need to file a bug with Bun: ``` Works: env: USERPROFILE: undefined CWD: `D:\a\tailwindcss\tailwindcss\packages\@tailwindcss-standalone` Fails: env: USERPROFILE: "C:\Users\runneradmin" CWD: `D:\a\tailwindcss\tailwindcss\packages\@tailwindcss-standalone` ``` |
