// Drafts and publishes the release notes in src/content/docs/releases/<version>.md.
//
// bun run release-notes [draft] [patch|minor|major|<version>] [--force] write the notes with opencode
// bun run release-notes context [patch|minor|major|<version>] print what a draft is based on
// bun run release-notes github <version> --out <file> write the GitHub release body
//
// The version is the one `bun run release` with the same argument releases; the default is the next patch.
// --from names the release the notes start from; the default is the latest release before the version.
//
// To edit the notes before a release, draft them, edit the file, and then run `bun run release`: it keeps notes
// that are in place and sets their date to the release day. Without notes, scripts/release.ts drafts them in the
// release commit, after `api.ts release` records the version's API. Before that, a draft compares the API of
// the working tree with the latest release.
//
// The draft is based on the commits and pull requests since the previous release, the API changes, and the
// changed documentation. opencode reads it and replies with the file; the reply must pass the release notes
// format check, or the draft is retried once with the problems. The draft uses Claude Opus 5.5 with high
// reasoning through OpenCode; set OPENTUI_RELEASE_NOTES_MODEL (provider/model#variant) to choose another model.
