LibretroAdmin 26f444f017 Drop non-libretro codepaths and the standalone build
The core is built only through Makefile.libretro, which defines
__LIBRETRO__, PANDORA and RASPBERRY on every platform. Resolve those
guards, drop the branches for USE_SDL, ANDROIDSDL, RP9_SUPPORT,
PANDORA_SPECIFIC, CAPSLOCK_DEBIAN_WORKAROUND and USE_RENDER_THREAD,
and remove the Pandora GUI, the GLES and Raspberry video backends, the
SDL sound backends and the standalone Makefile with its runtime assets.

SDL is gone entirely: libretro/include/SDL.h was a shim aliasing SDL
names onto RETROK_* and no-ops. Virtual keys map to RETROK_* directly,
the framebuffer descriptor duplicated across three translation units
becomes a single retro_surface_t in libretro-core.h, and gui_led no
longer drives the host keyboard LEDs over ioctl.

Threading lives in src/threaddep on libretro-common rthreads.

  git clone https://github.com/Chips-fr/uae4arm-rpi
  cd uae4arm-rpi

Install following packages:

  sudo apt-get install libsdl1.2-dev
  sudo apt-get install libguichan-dev
  sudo apt-get install libsdl-ttf2.0-dev
  sudo apt-get install libsdl-gfx1.2-dev
  sudo apt-get install libxml2-dev
  sudo apt-get install libflac-dev
  sudo apt-get install libmpg123-dev
  sudo apt-get install libmpeg2-4-dev
  sudo apt-get install autoconf

Then for Raspberry Pi 2, 3 & 4:

  make

Or for Raspberry Pi 4 in 64 Bits (with OpenGLES by default otherwise see Makefile):

  make PLATFORM=rpi64bits

Or for Raspberry Pi 1:

  make PLATFORM=rpi1

For all ARM boards with OpenGLES:

Install same packages as for raspberry.

Install development package for your OpenGLES board.

Ex for Mali:

  sudo apt-get install libmali-sunxi-dev

Then compile the OpenGLES target:

  make PLATFORM=gles

uae4arm-libretro core

How to compile (ex for Raspberry Pi 2 and above):

 make -f Makefile.libretro platform=rpi2

Then copy the core to retroarch core directory:
