Takuto Ikuta 3fef1f0003 Add include sorting configuration to .clang-format and reformat
Configure include sorting options in .clang-format based on
Chromium's settings to adhere to Google C++ Style Guide:
- IncludeBlocks: Regroup
- IncludeCategories (with special priorities for Windows headers)
- IncludeIsMainRegex (for recognizing main headers in tests and platform files)

This ensures that tools/run_formatter.sh automatically sorts headers
and groups them appropriately (e.g. separating main headers, C system headers,
and C++ standard library headers with blank lines).

Also reformat existing files with tools/run_formatter.sh.

GN Simple Build Example

This is an example directory structure that compiles some simple targets using gcc. It is intended to show how to set up a simple GN build. It is deliberately simplistic so the structure is more clear, and doesn't support everything on every platform.

It is recommended that you take this and add on as your requirements indicate. You may also want to see the Chromium and Fuchsia build configurations for the maximal functionality (the root README has links to these).

Don't miss the ".gn" file in this directory which may be hidden on your system!
