Goal

Prioritize the FilmCraft source library for Bun video integration. Reuse its Rust project, media and export owners through a bounded typed Bun adapter. Preserve exact timeline integers, native ownership, Aphrody/Bun identity and explicit runtime qualification. Existing source forks remain independent.

Use native Bun quality commands, migrate JavaScript with aggressive n2b, and improve its internal Rust owner for bounded large monorepo scans.

Prepare unified app deployment with Cloudflare subdomains, independent Bun executables, shared content-addressed R2 assets, a Rust deployment controller and a self-hosted forge with native workflows. Each concept has one owner; apps consume its bindings without copying implementations or host registries.
