Noto Sans Thai (variable: wdth, wght), byte-identical to google/fonts at 8b0a1d0 (ofl/notosansthai), under the OFL 1.1, for Thai interface and document text: the apps' fallback for Thai where no Thai font is installed, and the web builds' Thai font. Manifest line, attribution, README row and a coverage test (consonants, vowels and tone marks, Thai digits, ฯ ๆ ฿). The same file was proposed in #15 by @PuemMTH. Font attribution
Every font in fonts/, with its source and licence. The files are byte-identical to the pinned
upstream sources (checked by craft-fonts-tests, which verifies each SHA-256 in
fonts/manifest.txt).

The OFL allows these fonts to be bundled, embedded and redistributed with software, provided the licence text travels with them and the fonts are not sold on their own. "Shippori Mincho", "BIZ UD" and "Noto" are the authors' names for their fonts; we use the files unmodified.
